Each season, prior to registering with Blaine Youth Hockey, All Participating Players and Coachesmust be register online with USA HOCKEY/MAHA. This is prior-to and in addition to registration with the Blaine Youth Hockey Association Hockey Program.
You will need to know your USA Hockey ID for this season to complete BYHA Registration.
1.) Go to USA Hockey Player Registration 2.) USA Hockey Registration Fees are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
3.) Print a copy of your USA Hockey Registration. You will need this to complete BYHA registration. 2.) BLAINE YOUTH HOCKEY PLAYER REGISTRATION
All participants will have to use Blaine Youth Hockey's ONLINE REGISTRATION to register for your level of play this year.
To prepare to register online you will need:

B.) Know your email address you used last season
Multi-Child Account Credit for Registration Fees
Families with more than 2 players may submit a request for account credit of Registration Fees for player 3, 4, etc. All children will have to be registered online and the request form will need to be completed and turned in to the Treasurer for approval. Once approved, the youngest of the players will receive the registration fee credit to their account. Discounts apply only to Registration; Regular season ice bills, tournament fees, and other team expenses are still the responsibility of the family.
Refund Policy
Any time prior to try-outs or initiaion you child may opt-out. Once your child attends a minimum of one (1) initiation skate or try-out date, whether or not your child continues to play or not, Registration Fees become Non-Refundable. No partial refunds will be granted.
Refund Policy Exception
A full registration refund will be granted in the event Blaine Youth Hockey Association is unable to place the child on a team and no other options are available for placement. This does not imply a refund will be granted in the event a child or parent feels they haven't been placed on the team or level they felt they should be on.

3.) REQUIRED PLAYER FORMS
In addition to Online Registration, you will need to complete and turn in the following forms at one of the Pool Assignment dates. You can not finalize registration or receive your pool assignment without turning in the required forms.
REQUIRED: New Players to BYHA must provide a copy of their Official Birth Certificate. No Exceptions

Do I have to pay by credit card or can I pay by check?
You can register online and choose to pay by credit card or mail in a check.
What if I have a credit in my family account?
If you have a credit in your family account you can request to have it applied as registration payment. Print a copy of the registration confirmation and send it to the treasurer so we have a written request to use your account credit.
All accounts have to be paid in full before tryouts in order for your child to participate.
